EDRS Memorial Garden nearly finished
We need your help to complete this wonderful space in time for Holocaust Memorial Day in January 2015
The Holocaust Memorial will be placed in the centre of the Magen David. The star is made from reclaimed railway sleepers and the poignancy of this cannot be ignored. Created by EDRS member, Cheryl Gould ARBS, the Memorial is a symbolic piece with six branches to represent the six million lost. In the hollow there will be a piece of reflective blue glass offering a sense of light and hope.
We are seeking further funding for this special Memorial and other parts of the garden, as well as its ongoing upkeep. There are still a number of ways in which you can remember a loved one in this unique garden.
